The accessible entrance is on Carrer de Sardenya. Inside, ramps connect the nave, transept and apse. The crypt museum has a dedicated elevator.

On the first Saturday of every month at 17:00 the basilica offers a sensory-friendly visit (lower lighting, no music). Audio described tours run on request 30 days ahead.

Tower access limits

Tower elevators are not wheelchair-accessible due to a final 50-step descent. Visitors with limited mobility can ride the elevator up but not return down by stairs.
