The accessible entrance is on Carrer de Sardenya. Inside, ramps connect the nave, transept and apse. The crypt museum has a dedicated elevator.
Accessible toilets
Two accessible toilets: one in the crypt museum corridor and one near the gift shop. Both meet European Disability Standard EN 17210.
Sensory and audio described tours
On the first Saturday of every month at 17:00 the basilica offers a sensory-friendly visit (lower lighting, no music). Audio described tours run on request 30 days ahead.
Tower access limits
Tower elevators are not wheelchair-accessible due to a final 50-step descent. Visitors with limited mobility can ride the elevator up but not return down by stairs.
